1. About Passiq

Passiq provides general travel and visa-related information, assessments, organizational support, and guidance designed to help travelers better understand and prepare for their journeys.

Passiq is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any embassy, consulate, government agency, immigration authority, or visa application center.

2. Not Legal or Immigration Advice

Information and guidance provided by Passiq are for general informational and travel-support purposes and should not be considered legal or immigration advice. Where legal advice or representation is required, you should consult a qualified immigration attorney or other authorized professional.

3. $1 Travel & Visa Assessment

The Passiq Travel & Visa Assessment is an introductory service designed to help us understand your travel plans and provide general guidance about potential next steps.

Your assessment may include a preliminary travel or visa pathway, document guidance, appointment information, common considerations, and suggested next steps based on the information you provide.

4. No Guarantee of Visa or Appointment

Purchasing or using a Passiq service does not guarantee:

• visa approval;
• availability of an embassy or consular appointment;
• expedited processing;
• entry into any country; or
• any particular decision by a government or immigration authority.

All visa, immigration, appointment, and entry decisions remain solely with the relevant authorities.

5. Customer Information

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information. Passiq’s guidance may depend on the information you provide.

Passiq may decline or discontinue assistance if information appears false, misleading, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate.

6. Official Requirements

Visa rules, government fees, appointment procedures, processing times, and entry requirements can change without notice.

Customers should verify important requirements with the relevant official government, embassy, consulate, or authorized visa-processing source before taking action.

7. Payments and Refunds

Prices will be displayed before purchase.

Because the $1 Travel & Visa Assessment involves reviewing information submitted by the customer, the assessment fee is generally non-refundable once Passiq has begun reviewing or delivering the assessment, except where required by applicable law.

If Passiq is unable to provide a purchased assessment, we may issue a refund or other appropriate remedy.

8. Third-Party Services

Passiq may provide links or information relating to airlines, hotels, insurers, government portals, embassies, consulates, visa application centers, payment processors, or other third parties.

Passiq does not control and is not responsible for the availability, decisions, policies, pricing, security, or performance of independent third-party services.

9. Responsible Use

Passiq services may not be used to facilitate fraud, misrepresentation, falsified documentation, unlawful immigration activity, or other illegal conduct.
